Booking information during unguarded period
You enter the reservation page, dedicated to unguarded periods of Mont Blanc normal route refuges.
Reservations in the Mont Blanc normal route refuges (Nid d'Aigle, Tête-Rousse and Goûter refuges) are subject to specific regulations provided by prefectural decree (please read them by downloading it below). It includes a unique reservation system requiring all participants of the stay to provide their identities.

Prices during unguarded period
10€ per person per night.
Cancellation fee of €5 per person per night.
Practical information
There is a winter room in each shelter. The Goûter winter shelter is located in the annex (smaller building on the site of the old refuge).
There are no dishes, no water, no gas, no food, but blankets are available. It is however recommended to bring your sleeping bag because the winter shelters are not heated.
The train and cable car will be closed from 30 September 2024.

You book during unguarded period in the winter refuge. However, it is possible that in the shelter, some people have not booked because ignorance of the system. We ask you to show pedagogy and kindness towards them, so that the stay is in the best conditions for all users.

ATTENTION : remember to take with you your booking confirmation (paper or paperless). In case of control, an identity proof in the name of the reservation will be required.
