Public booking information

You enter the public reservation page, dedicated to individual climbers.

Reservations in the Mont Blanc normal route refuges (Nid d'Aigle, Tête-Rousse and Goûter refuges) are subject to specific regulations provided by prefectural decree (please read them by downloading it below). It includes a unique reservation system requiring all participants of the stay to provide their identities.

To book your stay, we encourage you to use a PC rather than a smartphone or tablet, and to use an up-to-date web browser, Chrome or Firefox.

 Stage 1: Pre-book your stay

You pre-book your stay in the Public Reservation page

The waiting room: In view of the large number of requests for reservations in the Mont Blanc normal route refuges when pre-reservations are opened, a virtual waiting room can be set up. Once in the waiting room, it is important not to refresh your page so as not to lose your place in the queue.
NB: the automatic refresh of your browser may be activated. So remember to deactivate it (more info here).

Create or log in to your customer account

Ask about availabilities

green: places are available for pre-booking online (within the limit of 12 people maximum)

orange and red = no online availabilities

Follow the pre-booking steps and check that the pre-booking registration email has been received. The places requested are then blocked.

Remember to book your places for the Tête Rousse and Goûter huts in the same basket to limit your booking fees.

To ensure the pre-booking process runs mores smoothly for more people :
The duration of the booking session is limited to 30 minutes.

Stage 2 : Validation of the pre-reservation by our operator

An FFCAM operator will confirm the pre-booking and send you a link by e-mail so that you can finalise your booking.

NB :
- you have 48 hours to finalise your booking from the time this e-mail is sent, otherwise your pre-booking will be lost
- this e-mail is not sent immediately. It is sent as soon as possible by an operator on working days.

Stage 3 : Complete your booking

Identify the participants (surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, capacity of the participant: Guide / Trainee Guide / Private Individual, Professional identity card number for Guides).

A valid identity document is requested for each non professional participant (identity card, passport or driving licence) in .jpg or .pdf format.

NB : registered credentials will be checked, and any non-compliant bookings will be cancelled and the administrative fees of €15 per person and per night will be retained.

Check the receipt of the booking confirmation email and supporting documents
